Terms and Payment Details

a. All goods carry manufacturers warranties and guarantees and we would ask customers to register their products immediately after installation.

b. Inspection of the goods will be undertaken by ourselves prior to installing and faults found after installation will be taken care of under the manufacturers warranties.

c. All our recommended installers guarantee their workmanship for one year after completion and any future remedial work after that time is chargeable.

d. All installers are certified with individual Public Liability Insurance.

e. Plumb Interiors carries Public Liability Insurance.

Plumb Interiors Payment Terms.

a. A deposit of 25% of the goods total is required on acceptance of the order. (this is for all items listed)

b. The balance payment of 75% is due on delivery when the title of those goods passes to the client.

c. Delivery of the goods will be 2-3 days prior to the installers start date or by prior arrangement with the client.

d. Payment by credit cards will be subject to the card services charge and added to the final invoice, debit cards i.e. switch payment or cheques will not be subject to this levy

Payment Terms.

Labour cost is due in full on completion of installation. (where multi rooms are being installed installers may ask for an interim payment)

The start date is a week commencing date and may be subject to previous installations running on time, contact will always be made in good time should any adjustments need to be made
